Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us at care@montara.in before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3 business days of confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day
- Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, sales, or high-volume periods
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days from dispatch
- Metro cities may receive orders sooner; remote areas may take longer
- Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499

- Orders returned due to failed delivery or incorrect address may incur shipping deductions before refund or re-dispatch
