At Montara, each product is carefully prepared and packed. As our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

We only accept requests in the following situations:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Product arrived damaged or leaked
  • Missing item in the order

How to Request

Please email us at care@montara.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and product
  • Brief description of the issue

Resolution Options

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Important Information

  • No returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases
  • Opened or used products are not eligible
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or custom items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect
