Our body soaps are designed for daily body cleansing, our face soaps are created for facial cleansing needs, and our shower steamers are made for aromatherapy use in the shower. Always use products according to the instructions provided on the product page.

Place the shower steamer on the shower floor away from the direct stream of water. As it gets lightly activated by the steam and splashes, it will slowly fizz and release aroma into the shower. Shower steamers are for aromatherapy use only and should not be applied directly to the skin.

Because Montara products are handmade and ingredient-led, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, or scent may naturally occur from batch to batch. These small differences are part of the handmade process and do not mean the product is defective.

Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct moisture when not in use. Handmade soaps last best on a draining soap dish, shower steamers should be kept dry until use, and lotion bars or lip care should be stored away from direct heat to help preserve texture and performance.

Because Montara products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products. Return or refund requests are only considered if you receive the wrong product, a damaged product, or an item missing from your order.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the packaging and product, and a short description of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.
